When the displayed page answers that the user is logged in, no page is unloaded and no page is loaded at all: that page already carries the anti-CSRF token that the rest of the method needs. * Rename recacheSecretTokenWhenOnRegisterPage() to recacheSecretTokenFromDisplayedPage(), since it reads the token from whatever skinned page is displayed and no longer only from the Register page.
