Without JavaScript the stored value is submitted back unchanged rather than lost. * Restrict the suggestions and the upload to the media the displayers know how to render: images, and mp4 or webm videos. * Link the change edit form to the change page, which was otherwise only reachable from the release note. The link is left out while the change is being created, as there is nothing to view yet. * Add the two new strings to the translation bundle. * Cover the custom display with a page test, and the whole edit round trip (preselection, picking a second attachment, saving, reopening) with a functional test.
