It goes on both the JIRA issue and the PR, since reviewers read the PR while whoever finds the issue later, or writes the release note, reads JIRA. * Record the mechanics that make that a single upload: gh cannot upload an image, so a PR body can only reference an already-hosted URL, and a JIRA attachment is one. Attaching is REST-only — jira-cli has no attach command — and needs the X-Atlassian-Token: no-check header, which is now in okf/servers/jira.md along with the shape of the attachment URL. * Record how to produce the image for a UI change in a repo with Docker functional tests: a throwaway getScreenshotAs probe run through -Dit.test, deleted before committing, framed in the browser rather than cropped afterwards since no image library is guaranteed to be present. * Note that a screenshot documents but does not guard, so a geometric bug should also be asserted in the test. Live Data has no column width of its own, so the number of columns is the only lever: with eight of them the table was wider than the content area, and since the table layout scrolls sideways with nothing indicating it, "Summary" was simply out of view while "Title" was squeezed to its 4rem minimum and broke its text mid-word. * Move the link to the change from the creation date to the title, which becomes the first column, the title being what identifies a change. The link keeps working without the creation date because the live table source always returns doc_url, whatever the queried properties are. * Keep both left out columns reachable: they stay in the Live Data column selector, which lists every ChangeClass property, and their translation keys are unchanged. * Extend the functional test to check the link on the title, the absence of the two columns from the defaults, and that the table no longer overflows its container.
