The erasure is unchanged, so the compiled compareTo() descriptor and the Comparable bridge method stay identical: existing compiled Handlers keep working, and a Handler still declaring the former raw parameter still overrides the method. * Use the wildcard rather than ResourceReferenceHandler<T>, which would stop comparing two Handlers with different qualifying types, stop ResourceReferenceHandler<?> from calling compareTo() at all, and break the inference of Collections.sort() on a list of wildcard Handlers. * Propagate the wildcard through the internal Handler manager and chain, and through their tests. * Ignore in Revapi the three resulting differences, which are all generic-signature-only. The last one is matched on the Comparable super type so that it covers every class of the hierarchy without silencing unrelated interface removals. Replaced with Integer.compare(). * ResourceReferenceHandlerTest#priority asserted the exact difference (300) rather than its sign, which is not part of the Comparable contract; adapted to assert the sign.
