Reproduction steps

  1. Start a fresh xwiki server
  2. Install the Jira extension
  3. create a sub wiki
  4. observer the page hierarchy

Expected

The page hierarchy only contains the default content

Actual

A Jira entry is displayed in the hierarchy. This is the consequence of the creation of a JIRA.JIRAConfig page by the guest user.
