Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same issue with version 42.7.9 as with versions 42.7.7 and 42.7.8.

I think the problem stems from using F5 VIPs, because when I connect XWiki directly to a node in my DB cluster, I no longer observe any slowdown.

I'll contact the F5 team to see if they have any insights into this issue.
