Part of a large table can be missing in the PDF export when Header and Footer are selected differently

Environment:	Windows 11 Pro, Edge 143, Edge 146, Chrome 146. Firefox 148, using an instance of XWiki 17.10.2 on MySQL 9.3, Tomcat 11.0.15, Java 21

Thanks, Marius! I've tested on Chrome 146 and the issue reproduces the same as on Edge 146 (columns missing when both Header and Footer are not selected in the PDF Export Options, if at least one of them is selected, the issue seems to not be reproducing).

However, on Firefox 148.0.2, the situation is inversed: the issue reproduces when at least one Header/ Footer is selected (or both). If no Header and/or Footer is selected, all 27 columns are visible on the exported PDF.
