ToC entries missing last char of headings if non-alphanumeric

"Unfortunately", the same panel works fine for me on 16.10.15.

There must be something else, but not sure what could cause something like this.

Your configured locale is "de", right ? That's what I assumed and tried with on my side.
Any custom javascript that could message with the toc maybe ?
