Error in javascript when opening bin/view/WikiManager/

Ok after testing with a fresh install it is not a problem of xwiki itself.

By pure luck I found that in "Global Administration: Presentation" the Setting "HTTP Meta Info" contained values.
And instead of using "#template('meta.vm')", it seems it contained an old version of the default template content
Maybe an relict from an very old installation (the installation was first installed when the package still contained the enterprise name in it)
