On instance A (the owner of the created page, e.g. 'ReplicationPlaceholder'), on Replication tab, the Replication level is displayed as 'Everything', but it should be 'Placeholder'.
It is placeholder, see the Configuration section. The level you are talking about is the level the current instance has access to (and it does have access to everything).

Replication works fine with Everything instead Placeholder in the configuration ?

Replication works fine with Everything instead Placeholder in the configuration ? No error/warning in the log ?
