AbstractJakartaToJavaxWrapper and AbstractJavaxToJakartaWrapper should not accept null parameter

Such a wrapper is totally unusable with null wrapped object so it does not make sense to accept it. It would also make much easier to find where is the mistake when failing where the mistake is made and not later when some code manipulates the context.
