Description:

XWIKI-22712 switched from org.webjars.momentjs to org.webjars.npm:moment and banned org.webjars.momentjs.

org.webjars.momentjs should be marked as a custom feature of org.webjars.npm:moment to avoid installation issues related to extensions that still depend on org.webjars.momentjs.
