When annotating twice the same content only the first annotation is shown when clicking on the small yellow icon

Reproduced on XWiki 17.10.2 as well.

With the button to toggle the bubbles that appear in the tab order, this is a less important issue than it used to be. When both bubbles open, it's possible to only close one with the keyboard.
