I tried to open this file with the PowerPoint viewer and it fails.

Importing it on a local wiki with 17.4.7 and a LibreOffice 25.2.7 server also fails.

As a workaround, I opened the file directly with LibreOffice, saved it as odt and the import to XWiki worked. To me this is not a critical issue if not even PowerPoint can open the file.
