Blog post page with "&" character in title not displayed correctly in Blog.WebHome page

The "&" character in the title of a blog post is not displayed correctly on the Blog.WebHome page. Instead of displaying the "&" character, this combination of characters is displayed: &#38.

To reproduce:

1. Create a blog post with a title containing "&" in title, for example "Something & Something".
2. Go to the "Blog.WebHome" page and open the "Objects" editor.
3. Set the "Posts Layout" field to "Calendar" and save.
4. See the output Something &#38 Something.
