Paragraphs Numbering Template is not displayed in English anymore, but hardcoded in Chinese

Steps to reproduce

1. Verify that the XWiki instance has the default language settings (Multilingual set to NO and Default Language is set to EN)
2. Install Paragraphs Numbering Application version 1.3.3
3. Click 'Create' button to create a page
4. Observe the available templates

Expected results

The Paragraphs Numbering Template's name and description are displayed in EN.

Actual results

The Paragraphs Numbering Template's name and description are displayed in Chinese.

The displayed language doesn't change even if the Global wiki language is changed (e.g. to FR).

Also, on the Template Provider's administration page, the Template Name and Description are displayed in Chinese as well.

The issue doesn't reproduce if the Paragraphs Numbering Application is downgraded to the previous version 1.3.2.

Looking on the documentation page, I've noticed that on the latest release 1.3.3 was updated the Traditional Chinese translation.
