I could also reproduce the warning using the following steps (as described in the forum post):

  1. Go to Administer Wiki > Content > Annotations
  2. Tick “Display annotations by default” and Save
  3. Clear the browser's cache
  4. Go to Sandbox page in view mode
  5. Click 'More Actions' > 'Information' or 'Comments', 'Attachments', 'History', 'Likes'
