We had the stats application in the past which was providing part of this information and that could have been improved to add more information. However, we've deprecated and removed it from XS, and said that users who needed stats should use an external tool such as Matomo (and there's Matomo extension for XWiki).
We need to decide if we want to still have a subset of user activity information inside XWiki, and if so, where we store it. Note that with Matomo it's possible to feed it data from XWiki and then use the Matomo REST API to query it and use that info back into XWiki (in case we don't want to implement a store and put all stats info into Matomo for ex). Ofc this means that an XWiki setup would be more complex since it would require setting up Matomo, which isn't great.
To be discussed on the forum, if someone wants to make a proposal.
