Error when creating a document on a deep hierarchy or a shallow hierarchy with long document titles

The issue does not reproduce when using the page creation UI, a clear message explains to the user that the name is too long, and no errors are printed in the logs.

This is not true when visiting a non-existing page with a very long name, I have created XWIKI-24184 for this specific use case.
