Delegate to the existing REST-based setWikiPreference() instead, which answers both with REST calls and no page load at all. * Makes TestUtils.setHierarchyMode() about 9 times faster once the property is in the class (2086ms -> 224ms, measured on BreadcrumbsIT), and speeds up every functional test that changes a wiki configuration.
