M2Eclipse just list you the Maven plugin for which it does not have any handler (job being to convert Maven setup to Eclipse setup) installed yet. You can ask it to search for those and just ignore things for which it does not have any handler since they don't matter much on Eclipse side. The build tool is Maven and you really should always use Maven when you want to build XWiki module to distribute. The point of Eclipse here is to work and debug your project. You should report exactly what errors you have as otherwise it's hard to tell you how to fix them. There is one annoying error about Maven archiver but it has no consequence so you could just ignore it. It's possible to workaround it by installing last snapshot of maven archiver using https://otto.takari.io/content/sites/m2e.extras/m2eclipse-mavenarchiver/0.17... repository URL.
