Hi! Standalone install is useful to "play in sandbox" scenario: it uses HSQLDB an keeps all data in memory. For production purposes one can use any supported database and container/web server. Should I use a standalone install on a server and share the IP with all the uers through Group Policy?

OR

Do I use the .war install on a server?

Also, i install the standalone on my personal laptop and was wondering in either scenario listed above, does anything need to be installed on all client workstations?

I thank you for your quick response. Since this is completely new, I don't want to be that guy that asks all the questions and not read the instructions. I have read most instructions, but still I a little confused. I noticed the standalone was a prepackaged deal. Is the .war the same? For all my WP intranets, I used WAMP an PHPmyAdmin.

Is that what I can use for this wiki? Or is it prepackaged like the standalone?
