UPDATE: version 1.5 is unusable due to http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/CKEDITOR-64 . I fixed it and I released version 1.6 that should work fine. See http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/CKEditor+Integration#Hv... .
