Hi, I just setup my own Wiki using xwiki-1.0-beta-2.war (Win2K, Tomcat 5.0.27). The web gui is presented in english language and I wonder how to put this into german. I changed the "Default Language" to "de" ("Multi Lingual"="no") but nothing changed so this doesn't seem to be the right way. Any hints? Guido

Mh, am I the only one having this problem. Is anybody else using XWiki in english or does the localization work in all other installations? Guido

After setting "Multi Lingual" to "yes" a "De" language link appears in the top right menu and the language of the web gui changes to german. Is it possible to enable the german web gui without setting "Multi Lingual"="yes"? Guido
Hi Guido, I am having a similar Problem, my wiki contains a wild mixture of english and german. I suppose you have to do the Settings per Space to get rid of this. Jan

There is already an (unresolved) issue that seems to match this problem: http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-181 Guido ...waiting for b3 ;-)
