Hi; I don't think it's because of 2 or 3 people at the same time on one wiki. hundreds of persons are using wikis on XWiki.com at the same time as you. We had a problem recently with our mysql server, we lost a hard disk (one of our 4 HD of the Raid5, so no data lose). So we change the configuration of XWiki to go to send request to one of our slave server which is slower. We have asked to change this machine, so soon we will have a new one, for better performance.
