XWiki Blog can communicate with others blogs with pingback. WebMention is probably the future of pingback. Is anyone interested in implementing pingback or WebMention?

I'm not planning to implement this but I agree it would be nice to have. FTR there's this jira issue that's been there for a long time: http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-6350 You could comment on it maybe. Thanks -Vincent
