Move the guard onto the parsed KeywordSearchScope value instead, and add unit tests covering distinct scopes, de-duplication, case-insensitivity, and the null/unknown/ empty-input default-to-CONTENT behavior. Raise the module's JaCoCo instruction ratio from 0.36 to 0.37 to lock in the new coverage.
