It goes on both the JIRA issue and the PR, since reviewers read the PR while whoever finds the issue later, or writes the release note, reads JIRA. * Record the mechanics that make that a single upload: gh cannot upload an image, so a PR body can only reference an already-hosted URL, and a JIRA attachment is one. Attaching is REST-only — jira-cli has no attach command — and needs the X-Atlassian-Token: no-check header, which is now in okf/servers/jira.md along with the shape of the attachment URL. * Record how to produce the image for a UI change in a repo with Docker functional tests: a throwaway getScreenshotAs probe run through -Dit.test, deleted before committing, framed in the browser rather than cropped afterwards since no image library is guaranteed to be present. * Note that a screenshot documents but does not guard, so a geometric bug should also be asserted in the test.
