[xwiki-devs] [release] 10.9RC1 skipped

Hi devs, It took us a lot of time to stabilize the build and now we're too late to release 10.9RC1 (was planned 4 days ago) so I'm going to skip 10.9RC1 and release directly 10.9 instead, next Monday (29th of October). Thanks, Marius
