I started a page on http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/ContributingPainPoints to list ideas to make easier or encourage contributions to XWiki ecosystem.
Feel create to add stuff there !
The goal is to review it from time to time, there is already not very complicated stuff in there that can themself be done as contributions :)
