We have this page on xwiki.org (please check the DebGuide for this kind of information): http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/DevGuide/DatabaseSchema I'm pretty sure it's not fully up to date as it was done some time ago but it should still represent a good portion of what's in the database.
