There shouldn't be any problem if you have an underscore in the property name.
I suppose _ is hardecoded in xwiki, then I must replace all my _ character in my properties name and Sheets code but could you suggest a character I can use without problem?
This one ~ perhaps?

What exactly didn't work. It works for me. I made some small changes to make it more clear. Hope this helps, Marius
