Error registering user: xwiki.com

Hi all, I've recently added an xwiki.com xwiki for my company and I'm getting an error when I try to register users: Error: An error occured during the registration process (-1). Xwiki: daiwa.xwiki.com Excluding the "How much" question, I fill in the same data on my offline Xwiki with no problems.
